20 years of experience

ASE Apparatebau GmbH is your specialist for welding structures made of special material and stainless steels.
Our work may be found in nuclear power plants, chemical, pharmaceticul and food industries. As an innovative company we have developed and patented tarnish-free welding techniques.

20 years of experience ASEApparatebau GmbH established it's own welding learing center. We educate according to DIN EN ISO 9606. Apon competion of our courses the welder competent to start work right away. Our cources and tests are certified by TÜV Süd and are according the German laws for employment promotion (AZAV und AZWV).

We are a welding learning center for welders. Our strengths are our technical competence, our expericed instructors and our modern welding equipment. We apply our vast experience and technical expertises to allow our students reach their goals.
Our values are based on acceptance, transperency and cooperation. Our goal is to provide highly motivating and educational couses for our welders.
The main tasks of our welding learning center is the constant adherance to all health, safety and fire protection regulations. We are contiously improving our skills and knowledge in these areas. We place high standards on order, cleanliness, dicipline and punctuality.

Gas welding | Flame cutting [G]

according to the guideline DVS IIW/EWF-1111
The common process for steel materials less than a thickness of 5 mm.
Gas fusion welding (also oxy-fuel or G welding) is suitable for many welding and straightening tasks. It can applied quickly with minimum effort.
Flame cutting of various material thicknesses of pipes, sheets and shaped steels.

Manual arc welding [E]

according to the guideline DVS IIW/EWF-1111
Manual arc welding is a flexible process to join steels and stainless steels (CrNi) materials.
This tradional welding process is applicale for unfavorable steel construction conditions and is possible in all welding positions.

Pipe and steel contruction
Assembly welding

Metal Inert Gas Welding [MIG/MAG]

according to the guideline DVS IIW/EWF-1111
Metal Inert Gas Welding with the variation Metal Inert Gas Welding [MIG]and Metal Active Gas Welding [MAG]may be found in all areas of the metal working industry.
Thin and thick sheets, steels, CrNi, Aluminiums and non-ferrous metals can be welded.

Wolfram Inert Gas Welding [WIG]

according to the guideline DVS IIW/EWF-1111
Highest welding quality for teels, CrNi, Aluminiums and non-ferrous metals. WIG-Welding can be applied in all positions and can be fine tuned for specific welding tasks.

Internship/ operational learning phase

The ASEApparatebau GmbH has all possibilities of professionally learning welding technics and technologies at the vocational learning center. After the vocational learning and training at the center, an internship is offered directly on the production line of the company ASE Apparatebau GmbH to have hands on work experience.
ASE Apparatebau GmbH has both a training and a production area, the vocational learning center which is a training provider on one hand and ASE Apparatebau GmbH a company providing an internship on the other.

The AZAV and AZWV approvals have been obtained from TÜV - Süd Management Service GmbH for training in accordance with the law on employment promotion.

Education voucher

Participation in our training can be funded by the employment agency or the job center via an education voucher if certain requirements are met. Funding can also be provided via the WGebAU program and the SAB.
